Ghost 2003 === Restore question

I have an old backup made using Ghost 2003 that spans 8 CD's. I only
want to restore certain/selected files.
It seems that I am going to have to insert/reinsert the cd's hundreds
of times just to get a directory view of the contents. I have tried
copying all of the cd's to my hard drive but Ghost insists on reading
from the cd drives. Is there not an easy way of getting a directory of
the image contents without all this swapping?

Copy the GHS/GHO files to a folder on the hard disk and use Ghost Explorer.
